Steppes House
Our recent contract has been on a large property located on the bank of the River Dart in Dartmouth. The project was a total rejuvenation, both interior and exterior, comprising 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 living/dining areas and a totally separate annexe.
Access was also very difficult with many narrow steps and the transportation of goods in and out had to be done predominantly by barge.
We worked direct with the clients throughout and were responsible for everything on the project including putting in the furniture at the very end!
All the design and installation of the bathrooms, kitchens, windows and doors was through ourselves, plus the final details of lighting, flooring, tiling and decorating. The outside area was reconfigured, newly paved and landscaped.
The property was transformed and looked amazing, the client was, and still is, very happy.

Throughout, your team have been truly professional and a delight to work with. Especially in the final few months, where we wanted to use our home, while you were still making final adjustments, your team went to extreme lengths to ensure that we were able to use the house, moving your schedule, to fit the dates we were visiting. I have never seen so much flexibility and full understanding from any company.
