The Dartmouth Community Bookshop employed Ciaran McClennon to extend their premises in Higher Street and are very well pleased with the process and the result. We found the work was of a high quality and the approach to a very old building sensible and flexible. The development was relatively small but the site was awkward: the McClennon team members were helpful and co-operative. We found everyone we dealt with cheerful and polite, even in the face of our occasional changes of mind! To our great surprise, we did not have to lose a single day’s trading throughout the three-month contract. This was a remarkable achievement for which we are very grateful.
