I confirm, as anyone can see, that you did an excellent job at Ridge Hill and the quality of finish was first class. I recently had a friend visit the house who is MD of a national developer and he commented that it was done to a high standard.
We also had a few issues with the build (not of your doing) and the fact that these issues were managed and the project finished on time is a credit to you and your team.
I would also mention that the team who worked at the house were friendly and always happy to help us with carrying items / putting furniture together etc which they had no need to do but I would like to think shows what a good team you had working on our house.
Finally where we have had some inevitable after completion works you have always been happy to deal and deal with expeditiously notwithstanding that you have moved on to other jobs and been paid!
