We employed Ciaran and his team to completely renovate an old, derelict 1800’s Dartmouth house and turn it in to a contemporary, luxurious home. The original house was completely stripped back to only it’s outer shell. All internal walls and ceilings were replaced as was the roof. All windows and doors were changed, but replaced in keeping with the surrounding properties.
At the very outset I was impressed with Ciaran’s attention to detail and his thoughtful and experienced input with the architects and ourselves as we sought to design the house of our dreams.
This attention to detail and seeking the perfect finish carried on throughout the 7 month process to complete the project.
His connections with the trades and a variety of suppliers ensured we were able to obtain all the fixtures and fittings we wanted.
Ciaran will probably not be the cheapest quote you will receive, but I doubt you will find a contractor more committed to quality and finish than Ciaran. If you want a top end renovation and demand a first class finish look no further, this is Ciaran’s specialty.
